I came here for my son after heu2019d bit his tongue. The doctor did a very minor inspection before walking into a room to grab whatever tools. He asked me to lay my son back and started to do something without informing me. I had to ask him exactly what he was doing. He was very rude and short by mentioning he was just going to clean it and how he would be OK. One thing that also made me extremely uncomfortable was me explaining that my son was autistic and nonverbal. He continued to verbally repeat himself to my son, asking him to do things instead of asking me for assistance . As we were leaving out of the door my sonu2019s mouth begin to bleed more to the point, I had to walk back in and get more coverings. The whole experience was terrible u2026

Overall good, but wasted our time by telling us everything is ready, and we confirmed if she needs any other signature from my husband on the report, she said no its all good, your wife can come collect the report when it's ready. But when I went to collect it, she is like we can't release the report without your husband's signiture and she didn't bother to even mention this in the email at least when informing us. Wasted days our time! Front desk lady is even rude enough to slide the window door shut on me as I was speaking!

I mistakenly thought the hours were different than they were (still great hours, close at 7) I schedule appointment and run 15 min late because I got turned around and they saw me no problem and the cost wow it costs 189.00 just to be seen at my old urgent care this urgent care appointment's same fee is 39.00. Tentative, sensitive, caring, fast, and cost effective. It's a no brainer to the uninsured
