Ive always been the kind to wait out medical needs because my experiences were always awful at every single clinic, hospial, lab testing facility over the last 10 years. But....nThis location was wonderful! I was seen immediatly even as a new patient who had no info on file, treated with the utmost care and respect. The front desk representative, nurse, and doctor were all just as equally welcoming, helpful, profession, kind and GENUINELY empathic! I really appreciated the level of care I received here and was blown away by their values. ud83dude4f Please keep it up, we need more places like this.

Absolute worst experience Iu2019ve had at a doctoru2019s office. I went in for a possible broken ankle and I mentioned that we were trying for a child so thereu2019s a low chance I could be pregnant. They performed a test which was negative (not surprising given that Iu2019m 2 weeks away from any possibility of knowing if I could be) and then told me they still would not xray me because after u201creading the literatureu201d thereu2019s a chance it could be a false negative. Of course there could be a false negative, anyone knows that. What is the point in charging me for a pregnancy test if youu2019re still not going to xray me? (I asked this as well). The response I received was that they donu2019t want to do harm to a potential fetus. I can respect that and I would never want to harm a potential fetus either, that is why appropriate xray shielding is appropriate. They told me they were not sure they had appropriate shielding. ANY facility performing X-rays should have lead aprons/gowns. I will absolutely be speaking with upper management.

Came in due to tooth infection. I have nothing but good things to say about this location. Such a great experience here, the staff are very kind, helpful and fast. Janet was exceptional! Highly recommend to anyone in need of urgent care.
