If you have medical insurance for your baby, do yourself a favor and avoid this placeu2014go to San Mateo Medical Center or Stanford instead. I should have trusted my gut the moment the receptionist on the phone was incredibly rude. But I still gave them a chance, hoping the actual care would be different. I was so wrong.nnFrom the moment we walked in, everyone (except the nurse) treated me like I had done something wrong just by being there. Iu2019ve never felt so humiliated in a medical setting. I was already stressed about my babyu2019s health, and instead of help or compassion, I got attitude, cold stares, and dismissive treatment.nnPeople donu2019t go to urgent care just for funu2014we go because we need help. I walked out of there feeling worse than when I walked inu2014not just as a patient, but as a person.

Our pediatrician was all booked and referred us to this urgent care. Everything was smooth from scheduling an appointment to seeing the doctor. Thank you for having so much availability! Everyone was nice and helpful. At the end of the visit, my daughter got to pick a little gift. I recommend this facility.

Very impressed by the ease of access and quality of service at this clinic. From the front desk staff to the MAs to the providers th experience was great. It was very stressful having both of our kids sick with fevers. The providers we saw over the course of several days were thorough, kind and reassuring regarding the plan. Furthermore, the ease to schedule appointments made being seen so quick. We will plan to go here for any urgent needs for our children going forward.

This clinic made everything super easy and convenient! They were able to see my daughter on short notice, with an easy online appointment confirmation. We live 30 miles away but always drive to this urgent care because theyu2019ve been great the two times we have come for treatment for my daughter.nThey are cordial and quick. But I hope we never have to visit an urgent care but if we have to it will be this one.
