I love American Family care at The Grove. They are always so welcoming , eager to help you, and kind. My nurse today was Assiatou and she was great as always. Gave me two injections I never felt. She is very sweet. My doctor was Emily Worthy. She is always so thorough and attentivenI have gone numerous times and saw Dr Pam. The receptionist last nite said she would be in today. She has been following this never ending pneumonia. Well, she wasnu2019t scheduled for today but Dr Worthy was awesome.

Got there when they opened. I had to be at the airport by 10:45. They took care of me, and had me out by 9:15. I was able to find a pharmacy open as it was Memorial Day and the fabulous pharmacist at Target at the Grove had my prescriptions ready by 9:45. I'm at the airport, through security, with my medicine ready for my trip. Thank you!

First time being here at this office and the staff is great. I was able to get in the office in no time after being transferred from another location. They made sure I was okay in the room before the doctor came in. When I got to my room the sweet lady named Assiatou came in and swabbed me, she didnt wait no time to come to do so.

Very clean and attention to detail services. After signing in it took only 15 minutes to walk back to a room. My nurse Assiatou was very helpful and communicated extremely well on what was about to take place. The co-pay went up a few dollars nevertheless, it was well worth it where as I could get back to work quickly.

Pretty bad experience today. I was told they had a physician on staff only to be told after waiting an hour and a half, that we would have to wait even longer to see the physician because they were not there. Well, we proceeded with the questionnaire and were turned away due to a vision issue.I explained she has glasses just not with her, so we were asked to leave and come back when she could read the board. Unfortunately there was no time left for us so weu2019ll miss a season u2026 but if they would have been truthful about having a physician there, we could have went to another place u2026 thanks for wasting our time and season and also for keeping my $35 dollars I paid u2026 solid performance AFC ud83dudc4dud83cudffb
