I called at approximately 8pm asking for help with an albuteral inhaler for my 10 year old asthmatic son. A very snooty woman informed me that he would need to be seen first. I was already aware of this fact and was prepared for it. She then informed me that I needed to hurry up. (They close at 9pm.) We arrived approx 15 minutes later to a very rude, young lady. In my rush out the door, I forgot my sons insurance card. Everywhere I have gone before without his card, we had zero issues. She tells me with the same attitude that unless some one could send a picture of the card, I would have to pay a $100 copay before he could be seen. I understand regulations, but I'm pregnant and had 3 kids with me, there was no reason for the horrible attitude and lack of concern. The lady was very unprofessional and rude. Should I need to go here again, I will change my rating accordingly, as I understand everyone has their bad days.

The worst! They don't deserve one star. This is the first time I've ever written a review. I'm usually a calm person and I don't get easily offended. Not today! I don't know if the staff here are lazy, uninformed, or both but they told me they are not qualified to write referrals. I have recieved referrals from urgent care facilities many times in my life. I have relatives that are doctors who said that there's nothing that would prevent a healthcare professional from simply writing a referral. Like I said before, these people either don't understand the healthcare system or they're just heartless and lazy and didn't want to be bothered. Unacceptable either way. I am a new mom and am trying to get my precious 3 week old the care he needs asap. These people were not only incompetent but were rude and dismissive. They should not be working in the medical field.

I have taken my kids here a number of time over the past few years....most recently my daughter had strep. The nurses were great, they got us in and out quickly, with the correct diagnosis, clear instructions and follow up the next day to make sure she was doing ok.nnI love that they focus only on kids and that they explain everything clearly. I will definitely go back again.nnThanks....
