I had a great experience at Urgent Care for Kids in Frisco. I took my son in for treatment and was very impressed with how quickly we were seen and how kind and patient the staff were. The front desk was friendly, the nurse was gentle and reassuring, and the provider took the time to explain everything clearly. They also placed a referral to a Childrenu2019s hospital, and thanks to their quick action, my son received immediate care. Iu2019m thankful to God for the care he received.

Booking appointment was really easy online, we got there and little of paperwork and immediately went in, no line! Surprising for a Friday afternoon.nDoctor was very kind and attentive to details, she recommended the flu test and the strep throat tests which were included in the consultation price, as my nephew and his family are visiting and they do not have insurance in the US. The test for the flu was positive so the doctor prescribed medication and we were ready to go. Great service, doctor and staff were nice and carefully explained all diagnosis details and all the charges, no surprises. Great value for the money, but more important, my nephewu2019s daughter is well taken care now. Thank you!!

Great facility!! Staff was really helpful and patient. There was wait time but they communicated us when it was our turn and we didnu2019t have to sit and wait there. Everything went well !! Dr. and the nurse were kind and patient with my kid

Depends on when you go. I went during the week with my daughter and the speed and service was exceptional.nnI just took my son for a Sunday afternoon appointment and everything from check-in, to time it took to be seen, to the staff assisting my son was rude and callous. The front desk person was non-chalant. The nurse or PA who called us back didn't even bother walking up the front to receive us. Just called us from half way in the back. The PA was bland at best and didn't bother to even tell us where the prescription was being sent. Nobody answers the phone and I had to drive all the way back to see where they had sent my prescription. They pride themselves on making kids feel good with a rubber duckie and a lollipop but I had to go to the front and ask for both. She didn't even bother to say goodbye.nnBy the time I got back after having NO NUMBER to reach anyone directly, she didn't answer my question and still didn't bother to tell me where my prescription was sent. Absolutely horrible weekend staff. If you didn't want to work, don't come in, but definitely don't show up to help families with a bad attitude. I'm disgusted with today's staff.nnThis place used to be THEE place to be seen for urgent care service. They used to show movies in the waiting area, warm welcoming staff and short wait times. Now it looks like the place is permanently under construction and let let go of all the staff who used to care about patients. It's full of staff who just want a check. Bare minimum of service.

This is the not the first time we visited this but this time was horrible experience. So much of discrimination. I generally accompany my wife as she doesnu2019t speak fluent English but as my girl kid is grown up avoid accompanying her. We were so upset the way she was treated at the front office and the response and attention she received by this location front office & staff. No proper responses and even were been waited for long and medication prescribed was seemed to be hurriedly done without proper diagnosis. Will not visit this center gain. Only reason we were visiting this location due to the nearby for pediatrics. Very dissatisfied and dissapointed. Wish they treat and respect all of patients the same.
