Despite the wait times, I appreciate being able to get my appointments in with Dr. Zayas when needed. I didn't have a PCP and was referred to him by my insurance. I called and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Dr. Zayas takes the time to listen and has answered many of my questions. He is helping me on my journey to getting my health back on track. The ladies at the counter and medical assistants have been courteous each visit as well. As a new patient, thank you all.

Appointment was at 9:40. After an hour of waiting, they moved me to another waiting room for about an additional hour. Dr Brooker was great but 2 hours after my appointment time for physical is excessive.

I went in for a physical with Dr. Brooker on 6/25. It was my first time at this clinic and I can say it was a smooth process. I was scheduled at 9:30 and after Dr. Brooker saw me I had my blood drawn. I was out of there by 10:30. Staff was friendly and answered my questions.

Got here at 8:40 am. Sat here for THREE hours for a signature and date of signature. Currently 11:20 and still havenu2019t gotten a simple sign and date for a form I PROVIDED. When I got up to check just now, we were told that the form hasnu2019t even been given to the doctoru2026 Iu2019ve been sitting in front of the front desk ladies FOR THREE HOURS, so how they forgot about me? I donu2019t know. Had previous bad experiences as well, such as wrong diagnosisu2019 and this last appointment they didnu2019t even provide me a bandaid so I bled everywhere on the way home that day and my arm hurt FOR WEEKS.nnUpdate: In addition to this, my boyfriend was prescribed a medication, and when we tried to place the order, the date of birth was wrong. We came in yesterday 6/24/24 for both my form and his prescription and were told to come back today 6/25/24 and to leave his prescription papers so dr can fix itu2026 well when he told them he came to pick it up, they said they donu2019t have the prescriptionu2026PLUS, itu2019s now 10:30 and they let me know theyu2019ll call me later today or ANOTHER DAY FOR A SIGNATURE. After waiting all morning. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC AT ALL. Iu2019ve gave them multiple chances. Will definitely find a new dru2019s office.
