Truth be told, I don't want people to know how great this place is and want to keep it a secret.nHonestly, you cannot ask for a better facility and group of people to be with in a medical emergency or uncertainty. Each person there is nice, engaging and professional. Quick, courteous service with humor and knowledge....it is such a refreshing take on healthcare! Even if you don't have insurance, the prices are fair and you receive excellent service/help. Never had a bad experience in all the years coming here. Thank you for always providing quality care.

I always have had a pleasant experience here. Never a fun trip when you have to go to the ER.....This place makes it go much easier than many locations, without all the nonsense! The staff are very much professional and very friendly, which is so hard to find in today's world, if at all. Dr. Daniel Hammond is the absolute best. Professional and friendly both! Dr. Hammond was my doctor yesterday and was fantastic. I have seen a couple of others over the years and they were just as good. A fantastic location that will get you in quickly and treat you. I had the best experience at AfterOurs Urgent Care in Thornton today. Jen at the front desk, Jackie the MA, and Kimberly the PA were all very warm, helpful, and professional. The wait was short (about 30 - 40 minutes). The paperwork was easy to complete on my phone. Kimberly McKinley the PA took the time to listen to me explain my symptoms and she asked good questions. She explained her conclusions and explained why she was prescribing medication. They even had a list of pharmacies and the hours of operation, so they were able to send the prescriptions to a pharmacy with late hours for me so I could pick them up on a Sunday night. Great experience. I also just saw that they are a small, locally owned business. Highly recommend this place!

Absolutely the worst experience Iu2019ve ever had at an urgent care. I came in 15 minutes before closing because my eye was severely swollen, and the staff made it very clear they didnu2019t want to deal with me. The front desk person was incredibly rude, and the nurse wasnu2019t any better. When the doctor finally came in, he didnu2019t even examine my eyeu2014he just asked what I was allergic to and rushed out. The entire visit took less than 10 minutes, and it was obvious they were more concerned with clocking out than providing care. I left feeling dismissed and completely uncared for. Horrible experience.

Never a fun trip when you have a sick toddler, however AfterOurs Urgent Care was probably the best experience I've had considering. My wait time was short, they got me to the back in a very decent time and had me out the door even quicker. The doctor was kind and gentle, the staff was accommodating. 10/10 would recommend.
