I never leave reviews but Iu2019m fuming after my experience with this place. This was the ONLY open urgent care when my partner injured his back at 9:30pm. We called at 9:30 to check if they would see him before we walked over since they close at 10 u2014 we called with the expectation that they might not accept patients past a certain time, and if that was the case we would have to go in the morning. But they assured us over the phone that as long as he got there before 9:50, he could be seen by the doctor. We headed over immediately and my partner - who could hardly move from pain - walked as fast as he could to get there in time. 10 minutes later (9:40) we arrived and they refused to see him! Told us they were closing soon and had 3 patients ahead of him so there was no way (even though there was only 1 other person in the waiting room). I understand itu2019s near close but if they werenu2019t admitting patients, couldnu2019t they have told us that over the phone when we JUST CALLED literally MINUTES ago??? instead they had an injured patient hobble over there just to tell us to go home?!?! psychotic behavior. do NOT trust these people to care for you or your loved ones.

Great! I would advise you get there early though so you can be the first person seen itu2019s urgent care , Youu2019re gonna wait. and the Receptionist, Allison Or Alice I apologize. was extremely nice and let me charge my phone as well. I will definitely be coming back if needed

Amazing staff from MAs to Doctors. Akeem and Allison were very nice and professional. They both made my FIRST experience of care excellent. All are kind, professional and knowledgeable. Entire office is clean and well sanitized. Amazing service options. They offer X-rays on premises, diabetic care, provide medical supplies if necessary & etc.

Dr. Kimberly Panik and her entire team was excellent with me and my condition providing wonderful bed side manner and excellent customer care.
