We had a terrible experience at this urgent care facility. First, the staff was rudeu2014none seemed to care about providing quality care or addressing our concerns. We were shocked when they mentioned charging us for a full visit to answer whether the prescription they wrote caused an allergic reaction. It felt like they were more focused on how much money they could squeeze out of us rather than taking care of their patients. If you're looking for compassionate care, I recommend looking elsewhere. This place seems more interested in profits than patient well-being.

Went in tonight 15 min before closing with my daughter who cut her thumb pretty bad! I can't say enough about the three girls who were there tonight! Not rude, what so ever! They were amazing!!! 100%! Sweet, understanding, caring, supportive and just all around top notch! We've been here before and will always make the drive to continue to come here over ANY other urgent care in the Canton area! All I can say is, well done!!!!! You guys went above and beyond tonight for us, and we appreciate it so much! So I'm here giving you all the recognition you deserve!!!! Thank you for helping us and not treating us like we were a bother to you, even when coming in so late! 100% recommend to everyone! I'm so greatful for this staff tonight! I wish i knew their names! These were the sweetest girls I have ever came into contact with at an urgent care. Usually the staff are grumpy and act as though they hate their jobs and people but these three young ladies were amazing and made me feel welcomed from the time I walked in the front door until I left!
