My experience at Willowyck has been great. The residents at Willowyck are friendly. The apartments are updated, and our maintenance requests have always been handled in a timely manner. The management team at the office is friendly and establishes good communication with the residents. They constantly update us on everything we need to know, such as trash schedule changes, parking lot repairs, filter changes, and other maintenance issues.nnI am especially fond of the apartment's amenities. The gym is open 24/7 and well-maintained. In summer, the pool hours are very generous. You can fit in a quick swim in the morning or evening. I truly enjoy living at Willowyck Apartments.

We have enjoyed more than a year as residents of Willowyck Community.nWe appreciate the setting and mature trees. The property is well maintained and the community is extremely quiet, more quiet than we had anticipated. We enjoy long walks on the encircling paths.nThe office staff is very friendly, always pleasant and personable, and address the residents by name. Theyu2019ve always addressed our concerns efficiently and it is clear that they have concern for our welfare.nThe maintenance team is also pleasant and efficient. They are always ready with a friendly wave when the see us.

I have been having a really wonderful experience living at the Willowyck Apartments! The staff have provided us with excellent and timely customer service and are responsive to all our requests for maintenence and for information about costs for renting out their incredible newly renovated lounge room and where it's just a wonderful with making our transition to moving to our first apartment seamless. I also love how the community is dog friendly, has a pool, a 24 hour gym, and just an overall beautiful community in the heart of Lansdale with access to nature trails, a dog park and its family friendly and a laid back atmosphere!

We've been at Willowyck 6 months now and really do feel at home. The few times we've needed maintenance team work they've been very quick, clean and solved the issues perfectly - going above on one issues where they spotted an additional concern and just took care it it. Office staff communicate really well (but not too much). Units are older but updated and well maintained. (We were surprised before we moved in know this was an older 'complex'.) Layout of the units is fantastic too since it balances privacy (we basically have just 2 neighbors we see with any regularity and both are friendly) and larger amenities and support. And we love that trash is just a door away -- silly but so nice. Very happy with our decision to move here.
