My husband woke up not feeling well with right sided abdominal pain. We went to the ER at 9am where he was sent right back to a room. The ER physician Dr Paduchowski was thorough and kept us informed. By 1pm he was in the OR to have his appendix removed and by 5pm he was home resting on our couch.

This place really pissed me off. First all the place is NOT clean and I repeat not clean. No type organization. The lady working at the registry was the only good person there. Then when they called me to the back the First Lady tried sticking me twice and said she could not find my vain. A guy came in there and didnu2019t even ask he just felt my arm and commenced to sticking me again. I told him that I did not want at this point I donu2019t want to get stuck again. Then he kept trying to move the needle around but was not successful. Then he said when I can try this further vain. I said no. Long story short I ended up leaving. Because I just have blood on Friday. Surgery two weeks ago. I was over it. If I can wait until my doctor return on Monday. I will do just that.

DO NOT go to this ER unless you want to sit in the waiting room for hours upon hours. Iu2019ve had two family members go here. One with a severely broken arm who sat in the waiting room for 11 hours before she was seen. The second family member is very sick and dying of an illness and was in the waiting room for 10 hours and finally just walked out. While the second family member was there waiting, I called and spoke with a nurse trying to find out why the wait was so long. She replied well there are people who are sicker then your family member is. I asked her if she could please get her brought back to be taken care of because she had been waiting a really long time and was getting ready to walk out. The unkind nurse who acts like she doesnu2019t care about patients says to me, if she wants to leave, she can leave. This has got to be the WORST place to take a beloved family member. If I could score them lower then 1 star I would! I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!!

I do not recommend coming here, ESPECIALLY if you have chronic pain or suffer from TMJD.nI am not here to complain about wait times- I understand that there are life threatening emergencies and they can only do so much. But after waiting for 7 hours in excruciating pain, I was finally brought back and met with no compassion or empathy by my doctor. I had been in pain for months, went to different specialists and doctors with no relief from severe and constant pain. This was my last resort before I considered psychiatric care because I could no longer cope with living this way. Being met with such little compassion for my condition made it so much worse. I explained my history with trying to get treatment for this pain, and she immediately said u201cWell thereu2019s nothing we can do for you.u201d I begged and begged for her to do something- anything- and she finally agreed to at least do a CT scan. The technicians were so kind- the only people here who treated me like a human being. This doctor did not take me seriously, made me feel like a problem, and Iu2019ve been in pain for months now. She should have taken that seriously without me having to beg and beg for her to care or listen. She also recommended an ENT who didnu2019t even treat my condition, so they couldnu2019t help me either. Coming here was a waste of time and made me feel even more hopeless about my pain.

Very pleasant. I have been to the ER dept. in the past and have opted for other options because either being mistreated or long wait times. I can honestly say that has changed tremendously. I appreciate the staff and the support they showed.
