Dr. Michael D Lyons is great! He explained everything to me as well as letting me know pricing before agreeing to anything. He made it a plan to get me in and out as fast as he could while not treating me like Iu2019m just another number to be seen. Out experience at Complete Emergency Care was wonderful!! The staff in incredibly friendly and welcoming and made my daughter feel comfortable throughout the visit. The doctor took the time to listen and answer all our questions. Nurse K was so sweet and kind too!

The front desk person to me was a little rude, but the nurse was amazing! Dr Lyons was also amazing! They were both so patient, kind. Sometimes doctors and nurses make you feel dumb for coming to see them, but they did not make me feel that way at all! They took care of my back pain and I really appreciate that.

I chose this urgent care because I needed to be seen at 6:00 a.m and they were the only location near me that was open at that time. FYI they are open 24/7. They were affordable for me, and there was no wait, so I was seen quickly. I expressed my concerns and they listened. Dr. Vu and nurse Vicente had me screened for all the usual suspects. They were compassionate and thorough. I appreciate that they took such good care of me. I would definitely go back, and highly recommend to others.
