STAY AWAY.nI visited on December 23, 2023, and itu2019s now been months u2014 they still havenu2019t processed my claim. When I called to follow up, mind you Iufe0f had followed up three times because the bills kept coming in the mail, the staff had no idea what was going on, and now Iu2019m being told I have to submit another claim just to fix their mistake.nnTo make matters worse, I went in for a severe sore throat, and was told u201cyouu2019ll be fineu201d and sent home u2014 with no proper care or treatment. The visit cost me $511, and just a few days later I tested positive for strep throat elsewhere. So if youu2019re okay paying over $500 to be ignored and misdiagnosed, go for it. But Iu2019ll never be returning.

I was seen within a few hours of calling for an appointment. Seen by Doug Bartel, very professional, and excellent bedside manner Explained the problem to me. Gave me excellent care. I have a regular family physician but she isnu2019t able to see me for urgent treatment. You guys were great!

What a mess.nn1. Walk in - scheduling went fine.n2. Seeing the provider - (took an hour) but over all went fine.n3. Prescription - they sent my prescription to a Walmart literally across town, when I asked for the Carrs pharmacy a block down the road. . .n4. Billing (after the visit) - awful. After 2 months they billed the wrong insurance, after I finally called to figure out what happened, The billing person said they would rectify immediately and bill the correct insurance. . . But here I am in May, just got my bill that wasnu2019t even sent to my insurance. Calling back to leave more voicemails. *sigh*
