Honestly this is the worst experience Iu2019ve had at a healthcare facility in a long time as a patient. I am a travel nurse who needed compliance items done for pre-employment before my next travel assignment. I called to schedule my appointment and was on the phone for twenty minutes explaining what I needed done. After everything was finally scheduled, I was called a day later to reschedule because they only perform lab tests before 10am. I rescheduled my appointment for a Saturday and asked the woman on the phone repeatedly if everything was set up correctly, they had all the information etc, because I had to get these compliance items done during a certain time frame. I arrived for my appointment and was given paperwork to fill out. Then, they forgot I was here for other items and was given more paperwork. Waited an hour, then was told I couldnu2019t have my labs drawn because it was Saturday. This was after I called three times during the week to make sure that I could have them drawn and sent same day. Then I was told I didnu2019t have the correct information for my urine drug screen and that wouldnu2019t be done today. I told them the employer sends over the information in the mail, and they should have a physical copy. Waited another hour while they tried to find the paperwork, and guess what, they found it. I would never seek care here again, if it wasnu2019t for needing my compliance items done I wouldu2019ve walked out. Iu2019m ashamed of this place as a fellow healthcare worker. Do better and treat your patients better

Nice facility with top notch PA on staff. Thorough examination. Clean facility, very professional. One negative.... only one person working the front desk. She was busy for 25 minutes helping someone get a DOT form corrected . Meanwhile, 5 people were waiting to get checked in. So the place came to a complete standstill and created a backup of patients. Not necessary at all. Check people in to keep the patients moving.

I have severe anxiety about anything at the doctoru2019s office. Have been that way my entire life. Everyone at this office was so kind to me and so understanding. They were great at calming my nerves. Thank you for a great experience

Came in complaining about bleeding for a month, losing 50lbs in less than 4 months, having no appetite, swollen lymph nodes, and being high risk of cervical cancer and received terrible care. Only cared if I was pregnant. Refused to do hardly anything for me except a urine pregnancy test... even though I'm at high risk of cancer and had been bleeding for a month.. The lady tried sending me to the ER for blood work or an ultrasound instead of writing an order for me there? Wonder if I would get adequate help if I brought my child with me next time. I would not recommend this place to women unless you bring someone with you as witness to defend you to a female professional who doesn't care about your wellbeing and doesn't listen to you as a patient. Hire more compassionate people before you go bankrupt. Why bother having this business in Cottonwood at all if people are just going to be immediately told to go VVMC before they run any tests or checkups beyond blood pressure checks or pregnancy test?Having the option of an on-site printed out review/survey at the office would also be great for patients who may not be able to do it online.God bless you.

A visit to Urgent Care wasnu2019t on my bingo card for this trip. Yet that is where I ended up. NexCare Urgent Care in Cottonwood,AZ was top notch. I made an appointment online and when I got there I didnu2019t have to wait more than five minutes for my appointment. The staff was courteous and understanding. When waiting for my X-rays to be read the doctor came in and apologized for the wait. They got me suited up in a boot and crutches and I was on my way. Maybe 45 minutes total time there. Thanks to everyone there for taking good care of me.
