I can't express how much I appreciate this service. I'm a disabled American Veteran. While I am ambulatory - with a cane - I am less and less steady. That your driver comes to my door to collect me is invaluable. While the VA provides other modes of travel, Alert saves me from standing on the street in all weathers, waiting for Lyft. And they help me to the car and in and out if necessary. Your drivers are friendly, courteous and so helpful. Alway a pleasure and I'm always grateful.

Exceptional care provided during my most recent transfer to rehab facility. Many times the paramedics donu2019t receive the recognition they deserve. My trip was from Leominster to Worcester Ma. Kay & Ray were my caretakers. They create the reputation that alert ambulance can stand on.
