My family member recently spent 5 days here, and if I could give it no stars I would. On the second day I waited over 7 hours for a doctor to do their rounds since the pain medication needed to be increased, I was told by the nurse multiple times that she messaged the doctor and charge nurse with no response. Another morning I walked into the room and there were syringe caps, components to the fluid lines, gloves and trash all over the floor as well as spent fluid bags on the counter. I took photos of the room and then asked the nurse what was going on with the room, she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. Within 5 minutes there was someone in there cleaning the room. There were multiple occupied beds just pushed up against the hallways with some of those patients being there for multiple days. The wound care teem seemed to know nothing about wrapping wounds and all but one time arrived without the necessary items to complete their task. I also changed the pharmacy for which to call in medication to 3 times since our regular pharmacy would be closed the entire holiday weekend. They didn't bother to change it and we had to call the hospital multiple times to get them to correct it so that there wasn't too many days missed of antibiotics. Needless to say the experience appeared that they are overcrowded, lacking in competency, negligent in cleanliness, and will pack as many beds into a room for a buck. Take your loved one elsewhere.

Rook my aunt to the ER this Wednesday we were very upset because she was very sick . First time I've been here . I asked the this nurse if I would be able to use the restroom. I didn't know ow if the restrooms were locked. She answered No . I stood still i couldn't belive she said no... I stood still staring at her ans then she said I don't care if you use the restroom. I then understood she want nice. Later that night I was pacing back and forth in the waiting room . She told me I had to leave i could not stay in the waiting room. This lady should not be in charge of the waiting room. Move her elsewhere, where she dont have to work with public. Everyone else is very nice helpful. I was in no way rude or mean to her . Your welcome to check the cameras this was 5/15 at night . I'm going to contact the hospital when I get a chance . This is the lady she told me we name was Cindy and could not give out her last name

My dad was left in the hallway, but the nurses came in clutch, the nurse lex I think thatu2019s his name, he made my dad so comfortable they even started talking about Home Depot, there was a language barrier, but he made us so comfortable, and the food was so good. The pasta was delicious. I ate half of his plate. The only thing is thereu2019s a lot of people here but thatu2019s normal in the hospital. They took my dad into the ER fast maybe because he was having a stroke, but the nurses are amazing.ud83dudc97ud83dudc95ud83dudc95ud83dudc95

EXCELLENT BEDSIDE MANNER! I went to the Emergency Room for a GI issue and the staff were very polite. From the office to the nurses and PA, everyone was respectful. Although the hospital touts a faith-based approach I never feel like theyu2019re forcing religion or their lifestyle on people. Everyone was welcome and treated respectfully. The waiting room was about medium-level full when I went in around 2:00pm. Unfortunately, since I wasnu2019t in pain, I was kind of put in the back burner which kind of sucked. I think my issue couldu2019ve been addressed quickly so they could have more space for other patients. Oh well, itu2019s not a dealbreaker for me because the care is wonderful. Shoutout to PA Sarah and Nurse Kim (I think, she has a southern accent). Both truly cared about the patients! The hospital has plenty of parking and has a sweet cafeteria. Note, as this is an Adventist hospital all meals provided for guests and patients are Vegetarian! Yes, even in the cafeteria. The hospital is pretty clean, I saw the nurses sanitizing carts and tables throughout the day. Iu2019m very thankful for Loma Linda!
