Dr. Ali Anari is kind and he listened to me when it was important but didnu2019t fulfill an entire service with EzCare clinic. I waited multiple days for him to contact my pharmacy with no resolution. I donu2019t think it is entirely his fault. I think the clinic he works for is a scam. I asked them for a refund since they failed to provide the entire service paid for and they refused blaming it on him saying he is a very busy doctor that doesnu2019t have time. A doctor should always have a time set aside to take care of their verifications, itu2019s apart of their profession as prescribers and providers. I donu2019t think he was the one to blame, yet he unfortunately is apart of the problem I had with the telehealth clinic he works for.
