Absolutely outstanding Care! I was feeling under the weather, and decided to go to urgent care and get some help. Tim was the provider on duty that day and I have to say he delivered, compassionate and thorough care, addressing all my concerns with expertise. His exam was from head to toe and he did not miss a thing. His diagnosis was spot on and I knew I was going to be ok. I have been to several urgent care in the area and because of Tim, Iu2019ll keep going back to his one. One thing Tim did, which Iu2019ve never had happen to be before, is before leaving from the exam room, he asked ME if I had any questionsu2026 WOW, who does that? I would give 10 starts if I could.Thank you for what you do!

Walked in to get a Covid test done for an ENT visit. Very nice reception upon arrival. Place is clean and quiet.Had to scan QR code to register, easy enough. Not that many people in waiting area approx 7. Wait wasnu2019t long at all. PA took notes and vitals, very nice and professional. Dr came in about 5min later. I explained I just needed a test before I go to my ENT b/c I canu2019t smell or taste. Dr confirmed that my new inhaler could cause such reaction, and that the test came back negative. I donu2019t show any Covid symptoms, theyu2019ll provide report for ENT and if I needed anything else or had any questions? Quick, friendly, and efficient visit. I was in and out within 45mins if not faster. I would use this office again if I needed to.

I walked in, handed the front desk person my insurance card and was asked WHAT IS THIS. I explained to her that her tone was unacceptable and unprofessional. She then became combative and argumentative with me; the customer.The other young lady behind the counter began to defend her actions in broken English. This was a very bad experience for me.
