Several times on numerous occasions Iu2019ve called and no answer. Left a voicemail and never received a call back. I called to make a follow up appointment and one receptionist made an appointment w/ a different Ortho doctor I donu2019t usually see. The day before my appointment I received a call from the other receptionist saying I need to reschedule w/ the ortho doctor I usually see. I drive from Hana and had to rearrange all the accommodations I made prior. I was told I could have a second opinion from Dr. Brittney and when I did get a second opinion, I was unaware that meant they were dropping me. I was going to Physical Therapy and when it came time for my next appointment, I was told I had to call Ortho and ask for them to send the referral over again. I call, and was let known because I did ask for the second opinion, they dropped me as a patient.

Let me be clear. This place doesn't even have a doctor. Or a radiologist. It's all assistants. I don't know how this is even legal. And everything they do, they INSIST you come up for an appointment - even to discuss MRI results. Why? So they can bill your insurance, again, not to mention another co-pay. The PA I saw was very dismissive, not even letting me finish a sentence before deciding she knew everything. 0 stars.

Referred by urgent care clinic for very painful shoulder joint limiting any movement. Husband was able to walk-in to All Access Ortho and immediately get treatment. PA May clearly explained his diagnosis based on a xray taken the day before from another facility. Follow-up treatment in 2 weeks fixed his shoulder pain. Dr. addressed another leg pain issue he was having at the same time and took time to explain the problem and made some recommendations. Lucky to have All Access Ortho urgent care clinic on Maui! Definitely recommend them!

Came in to get an MRI scan per request from my ER visit. Doctor told me I had osteoarthritis. I advocated for an MRI both visits as I wasnu2019t taking an arthritis diagnosis from a very clear injury. It wasnu2019t until I sent an email stating my frustrations after two visits that I was sent to get an MRI. Complex meniscus tear and a mild/moderate MCL sprain was what came back from the MRI. I wonu2019t be going back to Dr Blum again.

Dr. Mays is both knowledgeable and experienced. He is guiding me through the experience of a sprained MCL and calcium buildup ftom years if wear snd tear. I thought I needed and mRI, but that is NOt necessary at this point as surgery is not on yhe table. I appreciate the guidance, relief and experienced diagnostic.nnWe are blessed to have such a kind and educated person and facility in our community. Great atmosphere.
