The doctor was fine, fantastic even. The guy working the front desk is useless. He never answers the phone, so I have to go in person to speak with him. Three times I had to go there in person and ask him to forward the doctor's notes to my wife's health insurance company so they can process the claim. Three times he said yeah yeah I'll do it and then waved me away. The last time I was there I gave him my email address and my wife's email address, and he swore he'd send the notes to the health insurance provider and 'cc us on that email. It never happened. In America, you often have to stand on someone's head and scream at them in order to get them to do their job. For this guy, that doesn't even work. So we're never using this clinic again.

Itu2019s true they do not answer the phone so best to just walk in with or without an appointment. As a new patient, I was taken back within 15 minutes after filling the paperwork out. The physicians were kind & very helpful.

I visited All Access Ortho in November after a sudden running-related hip injury. My hip gave out, leaving me in serious pain, and based on my symptoms, I was quite sure I had a stress fracture. I immediately shared my concerns with the doctor and requested an MRI. However, he outright dismissed the possibility of a fracture, insisting that the hip is u201cthe strongest bone in your bodyu201d and suggesting it was simply a joint issue.Despite my repeated concerns, he wouldnu2019t order an MRI and instead insisted on a cortisone injectionu2014something I later learned was not generally recommended for someone my age (22). He also referred me to physical therapy. I followed his guidance, but the pain persisted. When I returned the following week still in agonizing pain, he finally requested an MRI, though he made it clear he doubted my injury was as serious as I suspected. The earliest MRI they could schedule was more than a month away, which was frustrating given the severity of my symptoms. I decided to seek a second opinion at a different facility, where I quickly got an MRI.The results showed a severe stress fracture in my femoral neck. Tragically, the delayed diagnosis, the cortisone injection, and the physical therapy only made my condition worse. Now Iu2019m facing months of recovery and healing.I genuinely wish I had trusted my instincts from the start and gone elsewhere for a second opinion. A medical professional should never flat-out say u201cthereu2019s no way,u201d dismiss a patientu2019s concerns, or show sarcasm in response to patient input. If youu2019re considering All Access Ortho, I would strongly encourage you to seek another provider who truly listens and takes your symptoms seriously.

Avoid this place and Dr.Seokhyun Jin !! I had a Transforminal epidural steroid injection in December 2024 that failed to relieve any pain as promised by Dr.Seokhyun Jin @ the Honolulu office. He refused to give me a written report explaining the details of the procedure and was very condescending when I asked questions. Nobody answers the phone in his office or returns phone messages. On the procedure day his assistant David was helpful but his assistant Ryan was not. After my procedure Dr. Jin dissapeared and the only one in the room was Ryan. Ryan kicked a small step stool next to the table I was lying face down on and told me that I could get off the table now. After I managed to get off the table by myself Ryan told me that I could leave through the door. There were 2 large doors so I asked which one ? Ryan said the one on the left and didn't even open the door for me. Terrible experience !! I was in terrible pain and was not treated with any respect, compassion or kindness. I'm in worse pain now and am having problems having Dr.Jin send any information to my next doctor.
