I visited on 8/26/2024. The place is okay. The receptionist was okay. The doctor was great and exceeded my expectations. Here is the problem: Their outsourced billing function needs to be replaced like yesterday. It took more than 4 months to finally receive an invoice on 12/30/2024 after 4 text messages saying I would receive an invoice soon. My insurance has no copays, but this place billed me for an office visit for $180.00 among some other charges which totaled to $237.24. I called their billing service to inquire about it, but no one is answering.

I live very close to All Patients UC. I have been going for treatment when I can't reach my Primary. Dr. Alabaster is always on point with my treatment when I follow up with my Primary. He has a such a nice personality & is caring. I don't know what anyone else's experience has been, but for the last 5+ years mine has been postive.

Jayla the Receptionist was very rude, I asked if she could put in a rapid test and ect on the notes and she told me u201cyou can sit downu201d twice as I was speaking. Rude women trying to u201cget a checku201d have no place in the medical field, it seems like being rude and having an attitude problem is a must for hiring the receptionists here.nnAlso the room that I was put in was filthy, thereu2019s months worth of leaky soap build up unsanitary and filthy.nnIu2019ve been going here for the last ten years but it seems as if itu2019s on the decline, I only go here when my primary is closed. None of my family will be coming here again.
