Been meaning to write this for a long time now. I was traveling and left my CPAP at home. Passing through town. These guys were very happy to help, knowledgeable, customer service oriented, very generous. I was able to get a CPAP to use for a couple days and returned it on the way back through town. I don't think this was a typical request for them, so I was very impressed at their willingness and ability to help. Highly recommend for all medical supply needs!

I went in about several weeks ago, was greeted by this friendly gentleman. He taken my paperworks, processed to check my Medicaid information. I was told, I will have a wheelchair in 5 days delivered . Unfortunately, I haven't heard anything so I decided to called only to find out the last bad review on here was corrected, after calling to find out about the status of my new wheelchair. I'm unfortunately having the same experience as her. I wasnt going to go there but because my sister thought it might just be one bad experience. Now, I have lost time and my old wheelchair is falling apart, I will have to search other places, which is not easy, since I have been away from the Carolinas for 30 years. My doctor recommended this place. I will warn him not to put any other patients though this.

I bought an Oxygen concentrator outright from them a few years ago. Well it started rattling recently to the point of you cant hardly sleep cause its so loud. I called and explained everything. The girl i spoke with said she would get someone out to look at it. No one ever showed up. So i called back a few days later. The gentleman i spoke with this time said he didnt see anything on this and said he would get someone out. No one came. I called back again and spoke to a girl and she said she was so sorry and would find out what was going on and call me back. She called me back and said she finally found my paperwork and would send someone out but it would cost me a service fee. I said fine. No one came. I called back again and she appologized again and said he would be here in 30 minutes. Oh he came allright,. A young kid who parked in the street and left his truck running. I knew something was up. He came in with a work order in his hand and I could see it was a $75 charge. He listened to my oxygen concentrator and said that he would need to get with the owner Joe on Monday because he was out of town. But that they might could fix it or they could sell me another one if it couldnt be fixed. I explained I know you didnt drive all the way out here to tell me something that could be told over the phone just to charge me $75. He said he would not charge me and get back with me on MOnday. No one ever called. Im done with this place.

I recently took my Mom here to get a walker. The gentleman that helped us was so nice and informative. He even gave us a great discount and carried it to our car for us. I would definitely recommend using A1 for all of your medical supply needs.
