Personally, donu2019t say I didnu2019t warn you about this place. They donu2019t even deserve one star. This place and their employees donu2019t care about their patients or any way of helping them through their mental health journey. This place is definitely not worth it if youu2019re looking for a place that cares and be willing to help you out through the process and challenges youu2019re facing. Good luck with your journey!

I had a terrible experience over the last year and donu2019t recommend anyone to go there. I never once saw the doctor. I did go in to the office for a visit once. But even then it was to sit at a desk and video chat the doctor. Also the doctor forgot that I stopped taking one of my medications because of the side effects and asks me every time he talk if im still taking it and if its helping. Hes the one who told me to stop taking it several appointments before. And we decreased the amount of a different medication and I only take it once a day and he still a year later has it worded as twice a day on my medication bottle and everytime we talk its the same discussion reminding him that he decreased it a long time ago. I felt like he never remembered me from one visit to the next and must have my chart all wrong. He didnt seem to know what he was talking about or doing at all. Dr Anil Bachu is the worst doctor I have ever went to. If you need good care and an attentive doctor who cares, this is NOT the place to go. Im gonna start going back to my old doctor eventhough its an hour and a half away from me now. Its worth it for better care.

I'm not impressed with the level of care here. I've seen a provider twice and he backed out entirely during the second visit but he didn't have a plan for me regarding another provider or a higher level of care.nHe is holding me hostage because I can't see anyone else in the building until I'm discharged by him. It has been a month since my last appointment but there was time for a two week vacation by my provider and after repeated calls to managerial staff still no results. They don't seem really concerned about anyone's emotional and mental well-being because if a provider states that they cannot offer a sufficient level of care they should have a plan for you before they drop you and leave you on your own. And I knew this was going to happen the day of that second appointment I started the process to get another provider in that building because I knew this would happen and I just hate being right. Extremely disappointed with the lack of organization and forward thinking regarding my care because if a provider knows that they cannot assist someone and that someone is in desperate need of a provider..... they shouldn't drop them without a plan already in process because now it just feels like a cash grab to get another appointment just to say the same thing that was said in the middle of the second appointment that they were not the right provider.nnAdding to my review.nYes it's confirmed these people are terrible. A therapist in particular dlaniger*b thinks that by talking over people he's providing some sort of specialized care...meanwhile his listening skills are the absolute worst. He is probably used to being the weakest person in the room and to feel more important he has developed a strategy of raising his voice and deflecting questions. Maybe this makes him feel special. I don't know perhaps he needs a higher level of care.ud83eudd14 After my brief I mean brief interaction with this office minus the 13 week waste of time without a provider.... I am considering going back to paying out of pocket for a provider. The provider I was paying $150 a session for was exponentially better than this guy will ever be.

If you value your mental health, do not come here, the staff is rude, I don't believe the doctors are helpful. This is after I've attempted to use them for the 4th time I won't be doing this mistake again.
