I wanted a physician closer to home. They weren't busy. I was greeted by a smiling face and a comfortable atmosphere. Amy was the doctor I saw and she was thorough with her questions and quick to address my concerns. I was seen within ten minutes and out the door within the hour.

I got my primary care and wellness visits from this clinic for about 2 years. Apart from the normal annoyances of any clinic such as wait times, this clinic does several things that make it no longer worth going. They schedule you for a primary care visit every 3 months, which one of the doctors told me was simply to increase the number of visits to the clinic, rather than for any clinical reason. You also have no idea whom you will see when you come to an appointment. I have seen 4-5 different providers, some good and some bad. They messed up my birthday and it took 4 attempts to fix that, which caused insurance errors multiple times. Also they have changed names and/or owners multiple times, indicating lack of good management and oversight overall. I recommend going elsewhere.

I would first like to say I have been going to this clinic on Mitt Lary Rd for close to 8yrs (when it was Allegra) since it literally 2 mins from the house. This use to be one of the most pleasant places to visit for medical care. NOT a ANYMORE!!! after itu2019s changed ownership. I just had one of the most horrible experiences ever in a medical clinic.nFirst I arrived just shortly after 8am when they open the doors, only to be told by 2 nurses, super nice Iu2019ll add, that their nurse practitioner was not there and probably wouldnu2019t be there until 9 to 915am, which I thought was weird that you are open but no services could be rendered for well over an hour (first red flag). Was told I could wait or come back, which I waited, no biggie I thought. Next sometime after 9am I do get called back. The nurse practitioner comes in and states, u201cwhat do you think we can do for you?u201d My mouth probably dropped wide open hearing that comment at a medical clinic, it wasnu2019t how can we help you or what seems to be going on. I wanted to say your sign says your a primary/emergency care clinic and Iu2019m been in severe pain in my belly for the last 24hrs, but I didnu2019t. The whole visit, felt confrontational because they were not willing to do anything initially to want to help figure out more on the issue with the pain (red flag). Only suggestion they had was for me to go to a specialist or maybe you should go to emergency room, as if ya we hear your in pain but weu2019re not gonna help. Even after I told them I had a specialist visit set several more weeks out, I was hurting so bad and needed to get the ball rolling with further testing to figure out why the pain was getting worse. So the nurse practitioner says, u201cwe canu2019t give any pain meds?u201d, which Isnu2019t what I was there for I have them at home and they wasnu2019t helping with my pain Iu2019m having, hence why I was there, but I thought how strange to be told that by a medical clinic (red flag). Even told them I felt I needed the next set of test that needed to be ran since they had sent me months ago for the first series of test.nI could go on but Iu2019ll spare you the rest of the visit, but Iu2019ll end by saying if your needing medical care and your driving by this location keep driving and go elsewhere itu2019ll be to your benefit if you do

I wasnu2019t happy when finding out I had to get a new primary in tricare network, until I met Amy! If you are looking for a kind, compassionate, and overall professional primary provider she is the absolute BEST! She listens to patients and is so knowledgeable and attentive! If I could have gave 10 stars that is what her and her nursing staff deserve!!!
