High wait times, along with horrible attitudes. All it seems as if they do is collect that insurance card and give you a horrible attitude. The black male bigger doctor would make it seem like Iu2019m just imaginarily there and treats as if youu2019re making things up. Went there for an abscesses tooth just donu2019t go there period. Better off with another urgent care like one on e florida ave, there hours also cater towards the cash and flow of customers today they where imaginarily open from 9am-12pm when on theyu2019re website it says otherwise. Avoid this place even for your children.

Employer paid DOT physical exam. 1-2 hour wait time. Walk in only. No appointments. Reception not friendly. I'll update review when finished. Should have paid to go somewhere else.

I went here a couple weeks ago and was refused treatment because I left an er ama after being victim of medical malpractice. I had a diagnosis of retropharyngeal abscess. The PA only looked at me from a distance and said it was my thyroid which is much higher up than the abscess lump. Refused to look at my records or lab results or treat me. Terrible service, terrible person. Shouldn't have a medical license.

I like this place and I donu2019t know why it has a low score. The staff and doctors here have always been wonderful to my husband and I. I am so thankful they are open on Saturdays. My husband has been here three times and I have been here once.

I don't know what Urgent Care some of you people went to , but let me rain on some of your experience ... ... Alliance Urgent Care in my books , is one of the BEST Urgent Care Facilities I've been to hands down . The Staff have ALWAYS been RESPECTFUL , Polite and Helpful to me. The Doctor's have ALWAYS been the Best . I Gotta give Alliance Urgent Care a 10 Star . True Story. With Respect Doug.
