Undoubtably the worst urgent care experience Iu2019ve ever had. These doc in the boxes are a dime dozen. There are plenty of other places to spend your time and money.

The level of care provided is above average for common illnesses like the cold; however, their scheduling system leaves much to be desired. When you think youu2019ve booked an appointment, youu2019re later informed that itu2019s actually a u201creservation.u201d Despite this, you receive a text instructing you to arrive in 20 minutes, only to face a multi-hour wait upon arrival. This is especially frustrating when youu2019re already feeling unwell. The disconnect between their scheduling communication and actual wait times significantly detracts from the overall patient experience.

I went to Northside Family Medicine and Urgent Care this morning. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and answered a few questions for me as I checked in. I saw the doctor within 10 minutes and was out the door, with prescriptions for a sinus infection. It was a very pleasant experience!

Just left this place with no help at all. Confirmed my child has infection, flu, red ears and the doctor would not prescribe any medication AT ALL 4 days before Christmas. Very disappointed I just spent hundreds of dollars with no help for my child. This was a PA named Deep. I would avoid his service if possible if you want actual treatment

I have been to Northside Family Medicine Urgent Care on two times and each time I have received excellent care. From the receptionist,to the nurses, to the doctors, everyone is very considerate and are looking to be of service.nnOn my last visit Dr. Freda Wall took the time to diagnose me thoroughly and prescribe the right treatment. I was feeling much better in just a couple of days.nnI highly recommend Northside Family Medicine Urgent Care.
