Unprofessional stuff waste of time! I had a blood test appointment. Stuff doesn't know which blood test they want to do. Doctor came after almost 2 hours she sed you don't need to do quarterly blood test. I will move my case file.

I wasted almost 3 hours at the office in Milton where they do not provide care, they seem to be more interested in CYA as most ppl who walk into urgent with something wrong or else they would not be there. The dr is more interested in her license than your health. I work in hospice care and have an understanding of how you treat people. If you have more than a runny nose stay away.

If I can't trust your office to be open during your scheduled office hours, and for the doctor to plan to be in the office for her scheduled appointments, I can't trust you with my health.n------nNo one arrived to open the office until 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment only to inform me that the doctor doesn't usually arrive for another hour.nnA long wait time I can understand for a very busy office. But anticipating over an hour long wait time when I am the first and only patient there, with the first possible scheduled appointment, and being expected to do it out in the rain is unacceptable.nnI was informed later by many people in the neighborhood that the office is only acceptable if you are friends with the doctor in the office.nnGetting an appointment honored should not feel like I'm trying to fit in with a clique.

I was feeling sick so I visited the urgent care and they told me to call the next day for results. I have been consistently calling for my results from the visit. Itu2019s been three days. They first kept telling me my phone call appointment with the doctor was moved. After three days I got fed up and asked when can I know my results. The man on the phone said u201cjust a momentu201d, put me on hold, and then hung up on me after being on hold for 2 minutes. They are extremelynnunprofessional and rude.
