Called at 8:15pm on a Saturday to check closing time. Woman who answered the phone informed me they were already closed; however she took the time to verify my insurance and co-payment, WITHOUT me asking her too. Called the next morning when my ear felt even worse to make an appointment for 10am. No waiting upon arrival. The doctors were sweet and laughed at my 'home remedy' I tried. :( Prescribed ear drops and gave me a $20 coupon to use. Would definitely recommend! The front desk and nurse would also very sweet! Office was also very clean.

Courteous and professional doctors and staff. I had a bit of a wait but there were others who clearly needed to be seen first. Probably only about 10 minutes total with the actual doctor, but he listened to everything I said and was sure to answer my questions. X-ray on site was quick and easy. The doctor might have been new, his name wasn't listed on the pre-printed prescription sheets so when I got to the pharmacy, I got hassled a bit for having a signature from an unlisted doctor.

I had gone in because I thought I had mono, but I also had weird swelling in the front of my neck that he thought could be a thyroid disorder. The doctor had me run a blood test that would basically rule out one or the other, instead of testing for everything and running up my bill. Super sweet receptionist and doctors. 10/10. Would recommend.PS. I didn't have insurance, and they were so much nicer about it and cheaper than that horrible place across the street.

After working 70 hours the week before, and only half of Sunday off between another huge workload, I needed to see a doctor about my severe cold. Their website said they accept reservations and that they were open until 8pm, so I called to make a reservation after work. The woman who answered refused to make my appointment, and said that if I can't come in immediately (it was 4pm when I called to make the 6pm appointment) then she can't be sure that they will still be open. She said to just call at 6pm before coming over because they close early when they don't have patients. I said that I can assure her that I will be there at 6pm, and that I desperately need to see them. She said to call, and if I wanted to complain to someone about their hours I could speak with her manager. I hung up, and I will never attempt to go here again.

I started to get sick and was only getting worse, so I texted my mom (because it was so uncomfortable to even talk, my throat was so sore) and she said I probably had strep throat. She found Aloma and called them and got the address for me. She spoke with Carol and said she was really helpful and sweet. I did have strep, but Carol, Sylvia, and Dr. Demetti were very nice and accommodating. They've even called me several times to make sure I was feeling better. I hope I don't get sick again, but if I do, I know where to go. Thank you!
