I love this facility. Staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Doctor is great. He listens, asks questions if necessary. He explained everything completely and answered all my questions. He addressed my concerns and made me feel comfortable and prescribed the medication I needed. I recommend this place to anyone who needs good quality care.

I went in to urgent care with what I found out later at the ER that I had 4 broken ribs and swelling in my brain from the fall. Wonderful Dr Patel told me to go home alternate Tylenol with ibuprofen and put Bengay on it. I explained I've already done that minus the bengay and it didn't touch the pain. He then said we'll I don't prescribe narcotics. I'm not a drug seeker. I'm just a normal person that had a bad fall. My damn pulse ox was 89 because I can't take a deep breath. There was no sign stating they don't prescribe narcotics I would have gone straight to the ER. They wasted an hour of my time that I can't get back with a Dr with a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE bed side manner.. I should have listened to all the one star reviews.

I had blood in my urine and freaked out. I tried to call my PCP but I hadn't seen them in a couple years and I had to go on a wait-list. Tried the other urgent care nearby, called and they said come in. I went in after work and they sent me to the ER. Waited about an hour at Vista and didn't even get the chance to give my name or why I was there. I walked in here, was seen promptly, got a urinalysis done, and spoke to a doctor.Now THAT is what I call immediate care. When everywhere else failed, this place picked up the slack. Staff was nice, I was seen promptly, and it was a good time despite the circumstances.

If you have to see an urgent care please go on to see a different one . Dr will rush you out within 5 minutes , does not care and will not check you thoroughly . Daughter was sent out within 5 minutes because he couldnu2019t check her ear and I took her to another urgent care and they confirmed a bad ear infection. Terrible service here , staff in front is great however .

Not the worst doctor office but not the best eitheru2026.They seemed kinda rude when we walked inu2026.paid too much as well. The only we reason we even came was cause work needed a note from the doctor.Other than it was ehu2026just okayAlso the fact that the doctor came walking in upset about the review isnu2019t okay. We are not here for you to walk in and complain about the review we are here for you to check on my boyfriend back ud83eudd0cud83cudffbWe agreed we arenu2019t coming back
