Did not have to wait, the receptionist was so kind and helpful as I signed in. The nurse who came into take my vitals was very kind and efficient. The Dr that came in was Tom Cox, and he was wonderful and so helpful in giving me the best care. This was an excellent experience in this office and they made it easy and painless I can go so far as to say I have never had a more pleasant office visit. Husband was here for testing, when walking into the room they made him sit in chair because they didnu2019t change the paper from previous patient. When taking blood pressure they made him hold his arm out instead of relaxing it. I was astounded at the service he received. When asking for specific test they blew off our concern like my husband couldnu2019t advocate for his self. I have always brought my children and myself her until this. Iu2019m very disappointed with their service and will be going to another urgent care in the future.
