My child with autism became overwhelmed during his visit, and the staff went above and beyond ensuring he felt safe and seen. This is a great Urgent Care location. I was very pleased that the Staffs were so nice. I went in very sick and came back feeling much better. Mr Jackson, PA is such an excellent person. I came in early. I got taken back early. I got seen in time to be done 8 in15 minutes past my appointment time. They apologized for making me wait!? The Dr. is down to earth and speaks to you like you are a real live person who matters. Imagine that coming from a DR.. It has been my experience that they look down on patients. Not here. I was thoroughly blessed to find Alpha Med.
