Not reliable, Dr. , there's always no Dr. available ,so my mom's appointment schedule was changed 3 times because the nurse said there's no Dr. at the moment or the Dr. went on a trip or vacation, etc... Can they hire another Dr or an assistant Dr??? My mom has a condition where her heartbeat is not normal or its irregular. So, she needs to take Eliquis for medication. My mom was so worried because she might not get Rx. And the day before her schedule (after they moved her appointment so many times), the nurse said my mom can't see the Dr anymore because of my mom's insurance . So i asked my mom's friend if she couldn't see Dr. Amable as well, she said she didn't receive calls or txt messages from the Dr. Office she confirmed and they can still accepther insurance,she has the same insurance as my mom. They also diagnosed my mom last year , and my mom is pre-diabetic. So i asked if they could give her Rx for a glucometer kit. So she can always check her blood sugar level. The Dr. Did write Rx but did not specify the Rx and no testrips and lancets. So the pharmacy was trying to call them buy they don't answer calls or fax a detailed Rx. They don't do electonic Rx. I don't recommend going to this place. ud83dude15

Never answers phone. Prescriptions are done manually not sent to pharmacy electronically which is an inconvenience. Pharmacist couldnu2019t read prescription and doctorsu2019 office doesnu2019t answer the phone or return messages

I visited this doctors office and it was the worst experience. I was a new patient and recieved such a low level of care. The doctor didn't listen to anything I wanted to say and hurried me through the visit rambling on about tests and shingles vaccination... never listened to me once. The doctor was just bouncing in and out of one room to another duting my visit. I've seen better care from a pet doctor. The same is true of the reception area workers. I will never go back there.

I donu2019t recommend this urgent care bcuz the Doctor looks like not listening to my concern and have to go back cuz my prescription has different Patients name instead of mine lol.. they donu2019t answer nor return my calls and itu2019s urgent. I like the girl Jackie who use to work in the front sheu2019s so nice very thoughtful I like how she deal with patients very comforting and She always help me and smile . Too bad the girls said she quit. I wonu2019t come back here anymore.

Don't go here! Doctor is seldom there and no one answers their phone. They will provide you the doctor's personal number but he just ignores the calls. don't waste your time here, look for another physician.
