My husband and myself have been to this urgent care for various reasons and have always been seen very quickly. All of the staff are very caring and efficient. Today I had to bring my grandson, and once again the staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this clinic for all of your urgent care needs.

Every time I come to this urgent care I get very good service. I love the hours someone is available, the staff are always polite and they treat me with respect, I can get in easily or come as a walk-in and only wait a couple of minutes to be seen. Itu2019s not easy to get into my PCP when I am sick so this urgent care is where I go. I have referred several people here also and they have positive feedback about their experience also.nI have sent my adult kids here also and all of get well after receiving treatment. I read some of the negative reviews but today you will receive great care and be treated well. Best of all you get what you need and are on the road to recovery quickly after you leave and get the meds you need.

The doctor spent only moments with my son before prescribing a decongestant/cough med and sending us home. Symptoms didnu2019t improve in 24 hours, so we went to a different urgent care tonight who was shocked by lack of response and did an x-ray diagnosing pneumonia. Finally now we can start the proper medications.

Came to visit this urgent care after work. Thomas checked me in and was extremely helpful and friendly. My nurse Jessica was great. I hate any type of nasal swabs but she made me feel comfortable about being tested. I saw NP C. Martinez and she was wonderful. Great bedside manner. She made it easy to talk to her and express my concerns and come out with a plan of care to help me start feeling better. Fast and easy appointment. Great staff shout out to Janet as well. Overall wonderful experience as a first visit with UTMB Urgent Care.

I have encountered, including today, 2 horrible experiences here. Today I was not upset until I read my follow up notes in my chart. I could not believe the unprofessionalism that was charted. This is not a true urgent care facility and I reported exactly what would happen sending me there to my Dr's nurse. I told the young lady about my last experience and how upset I was, she seemed very sweet and helpful, all up until i.read the unprofessional notes.
