I was pretty sick, I saw Dr. Jon Greg Thomas, he assessed me and prescribed meds to help with my recovery. He was attentive, caring, and always there to help me feel better. Excellent doctor.Update: my follow up appointment was great as well. Feeling so much better and still received excellent care.

I had very concerned caring Dr's and nurses. I felt I had excellent care. The house Dr was so nice and so knowledgeable. He didn't hurry and listened to me! My nurses and aides were wonderful. Especially I believe Mary? She was my night nurse.

I am so thankful for Mercy Hospital and their entire staff of nurses, doctors, PAu2019s, and reception. I had been in excruciating pain for 3 days and went to Jenny twice to no avail. The second I walked into the emergency room the women at the front desk listened to me and took me very seriously. They helped me until I was able to get taken back and assured me they believed me. I wish I remembered their names but the 3 lovely ladies who calmed me down and assured me they believed me and would help me find answers that I just needed to surrender to their help. Iu2019m so glad I did. No one has ever gotten on such a human level like that and I promise it made all the difference to me. It was a nightmare level of pain and discomfort for 3 straight days and I didnu2019t know left from right, who to trust or what was happening to my body. The shorter one with medium length black hair is an angel Iu2019m sure of it. I canu2019t thank the entire team that was there for me this morning. I was not an easy patient and they truly did everything they could to help me and comfort me and assure me they cared. I hope this staff has many blessings coming there way. Amazing care this morning. It made the biggest difference for me u2764ufe0f

Staff was rude and treated me like I was a bother to them. I was very sick with Influenza A and an upper respiratory infection and Im still fighting it 19 days now..The lady working at the frony desk was really nice and helpful, as was the radiologist, the phlebotomist., the 2nd lady Respiratory Therapist, and the lady who gave me my discharge paperwork. Kudos to the 2nd respiratory therapist. She was empathetic, friendly and was very patient with me. She listened and was very comforting. A++.The first male respiratory therapist basically told me I should just man up and handle it. The first nurse that gave me an Ekg was in a crummy mood as was the lady PA. I even said something and she said it was a rough night.I do empathize and I understand it can be a very difficult and stressful job though its no reason to be nasty to me. It was not my fault. I asked her a couple of questions and she acted like it was a massive annoyance to her and was huffy about it. I treat everyone with kindness and respect. I've been going to this hospital and ER most of my 46 year old life. This is the only time I felt like I was treated rudely. It is what it is I guess. Lesson learned . I'm going to Jennie Edmundson in the future for any all of my medical needs. It's a bummer because like Mercy Hosoital.

How can it be SOOO stressful to go see a doctor at CHI health? Well, I'll tell you, The billing department SUCKS. The billing is NEVER correct. There are always costly errors on the bill that I can't figure. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!! If I had a choice here in Council Bluffs Iowa, I would be finding me a different Dr/CHI.
