These reviews have to do better. Ambient care is amazing and the staff is very knowledgeable and kind. I use ambient care for all my urgent care needs. Dr. Henry and Dr. Helene are kind, compassionate, and thorough. If you are sick and want good care; ambient care is the place to go. I asked them if they could be my primary doctor lol. The doctors at this urgent care treat you like family. Thank you all again for your help and support.

Went in Sunday, nurse had no idea how to do a mouth swab or what to do with it (as my fiancee and I heard her ask outside our room, along with various other comments). Was told the test would be sent out Monday, I should hear back Tuesday. The intake nurse said give it up to 48 hours. Here we are Thursday, I called them and nobody had any clue where my lab test went or why I had no call back. Still no clue what's going on, the poor lady on the phone sounded so sincere. The lady at the reception desk the day I was in had just gotten cussed out by someone. Yall need to do better.

Idk whatu2019s up w all these bad reviews but everyone was great. Front desk receptionist was so sweet and let me use her charger bc my phone was dying and I was alone w my baby without a charger. Doctor gave my baby exactly what was needed and was very great and described everything perfectly. All prescriptions sent to pharmacy quickly! Thanks!

This organization never sent me a bill so I could pay them for services rendered in 2018. I received a collections notice for the first time 11/18/24. It was for 123 dollars. I would have paid it in full if they billed me. The woman that works in their billing department is very aggressive and will not let you get a word in. On Monday evening I personally went into ambient care to resolve this issue. I told them I would be willing to split the difference just to remove the service fee from the collections. The woman at the desk said she spoke to a gentleman named Rob and he said they would get it back from collections and we would do that. Today I received a call from ambient care saying they could not get it back and I had to pay through the agency and they would lose more money. This was a lie. I spoke to collections and they say everything I spoke about above and then told me that they called back and said to keep it and get the collection. I ended up paying it only because I worry about my credit. But this entire thing was mismanaged from the get go. Ambient care should be held to higher standard and their entire back office should go through training on how to handle patients that are willing to pay. If you could avoid going there at all costs please do. There are better and more efficient places out there that will take care of you from start to finish. None of this is sitting well with me.

Receptionist was extremely rude,,, reviews are supposed to be confidential not to be attacked on!!!!!! Totally unprofessional...nAgain y'all are totally unprofessional bullies I recommend everyone go somewhere else I recommend immediate Care Tidal health wonderful people very professional I'm done with this I'm over itnBULLIES.....
