This is one if not the worst place I have been trying to make an appointment.nnI donu2019t know if itu2019s because of the lack of personal but they never answer the phone, when they did it the person that could help me to make an appointment wasnu2019t never there or available, after 4 days to try to make an appointment they started to put my calls on hold.nnSpecifically I tried to make the immigration medical examination with them. And I think they take advantage of be the only practitioners on town; my advice, go to Nashville theyu2019re more affordable, fast and competent and believe me the 40-50 mins of drive is worth it.nnIf this is the way they try all their patients, just avoid them as much as you can.nnI hope the doctor is aware of the flaws and opportunities that he has on the front desk and wonu2019t be happy with the service they provide right now.

Took them 45 minutes to actively be checked in. We were the first patient of the day. She failed to put the information in and did not like being corrected. Waited another 15 minutes while listening to the reception that was training talk crap about people in the waiting room. The entire encounter was highly unprofessional. We left to go get help else where as I did not trust the care of my child with them. I understand being busy, I understand being new. But the incompetence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

I had an exceptional experience at this lovely clinic! Each member of the staff treated patients with the utmost professionalism and respect. Their smiles and efforts to make us feel comfortable were truly appreciated. The attention to detail in patient care was remarkable, and the environment was both welcoming and soothing. The efficiency and clarity in communication from the staff were impressive, ensuring that all my questions and concerns were addressed promptly and thoroughly. I was absolutely in awe of how they treated my nonverbal autistic 10 yo! The whole staff the receptionist, nurse and provider were amazing. They were patient and not that with that u201cannoyedu201d face pretend kind, you all know what I mean if you ever had to experience it, Ifykyk. Just genuinely patient. The nurse explained the tools and process that they were going to use, let him touch and see it first. The provider was quick but thorough and told him what she was going to check before she did it. Great communication! I highly recommend them if you have an extra sensitive kiddo. It is an urgent care so it can get busy. I was already prepared for that mentally so I just brought something that entertained him and we were good. I printed forms online and filled them out before we went there not sure if that helped but it helped me not being busy with forms while sitting there entertaining my kid.

They are pretty good in this clinic, they care and theyu2019re attentive. I came later when theyu2019re closing out and my son may have a broken arm and they accommodated us the last minute. I wasnu2019t sure what time they stopped taking patients but they were very helpful. I want to personally thank, Kira, Treena & Megan at the front desk. Danny, the nurse who approved the X-ray and Dr. Sean Bray. I feel confident my children are in good hands. Iu2019ll never forget this. Also want to send many thanks to Dr. Jennifer Mayer for being so thorough after explaining all my symptoms. She did everything she could to find out why I wasnu2019t feeling well. This is our go to clinic when we canu2019t be seen by our provider.
