Absolutely wonderful. The whole staff is very polite and efficient. There was hardly any wait. My first visit to this particular urgent care. Staff upfront polite. No long wait at all. The provider/nurse practitioner (Chloe) was very professional and caring. She made me very comfortable and help me understand and explained to me everything clearly. I feel much better. First time at this location. Sue at the front desk answers her personal phone on speaker while in-taking a patient and holding an entire conversation. It was awkward. But, she did redeem herself with great customer service and communication. Monica in the back doing vitals was outstanding. Thank you!
