AMCR cared for my cat, Toulouse, up until it was his time to pass on. Toulouse had a multitude of medical issues that AMCR diagnosed and treated with care. The entire staff is great! I have to give extra praise to Dr. Cole and Dakota the tech, who both loved Toulouse just as much as I did. They consistently worked with me to figure out the best care plan for Toulouse and went above and beyond to bring comfort to both him and I. For the situations that I had to leave Toulouse at AMCR overnight I knew he was receiving the best care possible. When it came to end of life care, I could not have asked for a more compassionate and kind person to perform the procedure than Dr. Cole. AMCR will always have a place in my heart and I recommend them to all pet parents!!

Very professionally handled our little semi-feral cat friend who needed an exam, vaccinations, a microchip, tests, etc. He's a TNR friend we've been feeding and we discovered just how deep his fight or flight response is there. Again, they were completely professional with him and we had never seen that side of him before. We have a plan for future visits, however. Really appreciated their patience, care, and information related to testing and treatment.nnWe were referred there by the sweet friend who trapped him for us three years ago for TNR and it was a great recommendation.

Recently moved to Texas and was doing research of vets to take my dog. AMCR was one of a short list that I was considering and ultimately went with them. So far Iu2019m very satisfied with my decision! They treat Tiaga great at every visit, have provided great advice and are kind and patient with her as she is nervous at the vet. I recently went out of town and was lucky enough to get her boarding here. Iu2019ve tried many places and so far this is the best. Unlike the other more expensive places with cameras, this one doesnu2019t have it; however I felt more at ease with her here knowing she was with people that could effectively care for her. Normally when I get her back from boarding she is tired but she was full of energy and seemed happy with her stay. Glad I found a vet and boarding facility all in one place with fantastic staff! A plus was I didnu2019t send enough food and they quickly reached out to me so I could get something sent up there as they know she has a chicken allergy.

On New Year's Day, my 13-year-old dog experienced a seizure and was diagnosed with a liver tumor during an urgent vet visit. The vet recommended the Animal Medical Center of Richardson for further information and exams. I promptly scheduled an appointment for the same morning, and everything proceeded seamlessly. Dr. Andrea Hesser was incredibly professional, taking the time to explain the X-rays thoroughly and offering detailed solutions. She showed great understanding of my concerns as a pet parent and handled the situation with utmost professionalism. I deeply appreciated her compassionate approach and expertise during the visit.
