I am the most impatient person in the world I will not go to the hospital and sit there for 8 hours I've been to the Urgent Care in Davison about three times in the last 4 years I never had a problem they had a great staff there very nice when I read reviews about how awful they thought the place was that just tells me that you were busy and they had to wait I have never been in there and had to wait maybe 5 minutes the longest I want to do a little shout out to Andy I miss that face. Handsome lady that took a child in there and they didn't accept your insurance maybe you should have called first I'm just saying besides I want to put up with a crap I would have told her I want to see the owner

I had to go here tonight due to my daughter injuring her foot. The check in process was quick and smooth. There was a wait, but compared to the actual ER, very short. Staff was great with her and very friendly.

I took my dad there Dec 27 2024. He's 86 yrs old. They did ekg and said he has a heart blockage ,it wasn't sinuses making him dizy. To go tonthe ER. We went to ER McClaren, they said 8 hour wait. Dad so NO WAY. Took him home. January 2nd 2025 he went to heart Dr with the ekg from this clinic.NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH HIS HEART. I guess this Dr didn't know how to read an Ekg.Last year I went to same clinic. I'm 59, I know a sinus infection. I had enough of them in my life in the past. The Dr refused me antibiotics. He said it's a virus. I said no,it's a sinus infection. I'm blowing out green, my face hurts when I push on it where sinuses are, my nose burns inside up high in there. I'm miserable, please give me antibiotics he said to go home and take ZINC AND TYLENOL. So I did. I got worse. 5 days latter my head was so packed face hurt ,blowing out dark green ,Still, only worse. I went to a REAL DOCTOR, he shook his head and said , any doctor could tell this is a sinus infection. How long have you been like this. I got antibiotics and started feeling so much better in a few days.A few years ago I fell off a ladder. Hand hurt bad. They took x-rays and said I broke it and it's a fracture and put a brace on it. Inwentnto my primary during business hours she sent me for x-rays because I had called AMD to have them send over theirs.I had to call for 4 days to finally get them to do it. They kept saying THEY DID THEY DID. Finally I got someone else on the phone there one day. They said,I don't know why they said they sent them.they didnt,but I'll get them over to Dr Mathew right now. They did. IT WASNT BROKEN NOR WAS IT FRACTURED. it was a severe Spain because I fell and my body fell on my had and bent my thumb all the way back behind my hand and it popped back into place when I got up off floor. So three times from heart to bone to simple sinus infection. Some Dr's need to get a desk job b4 they kill someone with miss diagnosis. What TARDS

I took my daughter in at 9:00pm because she finally had enough of feeling miserable. She had a fever and chills, her throat was very swollen, she had a headache, neck ache, and all over body aches. She had been sick 4 days by this time. My daughter has Molina insurance which they informed me they were not accepting at this time. I said that I would pay for the visit in cash then. They told me that I could not do that because she has active health insurance. They refused to treat her because of her insurance and would not accept cash to treat her. THEY DENIED MY DAUGHTER MEDICAL CARE!!! How can a company deny a sick person medical care? Especially when they are offering to pay for the service right then and there?!?! The receptionist was very cold and unfeeling as she watched my daughter walk out crying because she was so miserably sick. I am absolutely disgusted with this place. How does a medical practice deny a sick person care? They refused to treat a sick personu2026at an urgent careu2026
