Here on vacation visiting with my daughter who has been very sick all week. In crisis mode after day 4 with a fever and gi upset we ended up at urgent care. What an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in everyone was so helpful and kind. We have never received the patient care that we had. Coming from Boston where we have the best medical facilities and numerous teaching hospitals, having worked in a few myself, I was absolutely astounded and am so grateful for the treatment and kindness we received. Almost makes me want to do all my doctors appointments in florida. Thank you all again for making a awful time so much better!

Last experience with them wasn't good but decided to give them another try, everyone has an off day. Let me save you time and energy while you are sick. Do not go to this place. The front desk lady can not work insurance. She turned me away as well as another guy because she couldn't figure out what to charge. After wasting 40 minutes of my life. I went carespot down the road and she had it figured out in less then 5 minutes.

No problem with the care I received, however, the older brunette women (as was reported by another reviewer) was extremely rude, unpleasant, unfriendly and downright nasty- for no reason. She made me feel unwelcomed, and seemed to be annoyed, again, for no reason. As a front desk person, she has none of the traits that are essential for that position. If I was in charge, I'd immediately fire her...however, as a prior reviewer stated, she must be related to someone.

I had a severe sinus cold along with ear infection in both ears. New to the area I had asked the locals for their recommendations on a location to go to and had several mention this location and I am glad I did. I showed up around 4:30 as a walk in and I was able to get in and out so quickly it surprised me. Business is in a good area, clean and well kept and staff very friendly and professional. Asked questions and listened to what I had to say about how I was feeling. I truly recommend this Urgent Care location and hopefully I wonu2019t have to come back but if I need to I know who to go see.
