I was only here for a short and quick test. However, the experience was excellent. The front desk staff was kind, welcoming and made the process very smooth. The lobby was clean and inviting, and my wait was very short. During the test the medical team member was kind, professional and made the appointment quick with no issues.

FAST, friendly, and professional! Very clean and everyone in the office is so friendly and work fast to take care of you and get you back to your life and schedule. I especially liked the streamlined check in process and the receptionist at the front desk does a fantastic job of making you feel welcomed and well informed as you wait to be seen. You are always aware of the next steps in your visit which is a great comfort for most patients as well as a which is very rare in the Healthcare industry today so all in all very refreshing and pleasant experience for me and hopefully anyone else who reads this review and chooses them for their health needs.

Doctor Hoffman is very condescending and rude. Concentra on Southern and Hardy has a bad reputationu203cufe0f Office Staff wonderful, actual Doctor Hoffman terrible. It is not about the patient with them it's about the money from the patient.nnI suggest if you have to go to a urgent Care, go anywhere else. Doctor Hoffman seem to be prejudice with the interaction I had with him. Simple questions were met with condescending attitude. I Left with no information and no treatment. Second appointment was there for more than an hour. It was a scheduled appointment.nnI decided to leave since I've been waiting for more than an hour. As I was walking out I saw Dr. Hoffman in the chair lounging talking to another doctor. He saw me walking out and didn't ask any questions and just stared at me. Terrible doctor, terrible service from the doctor . I actually think he's prejudiced, but you can go to this urgent care clinic at your own cost. Money out your pocket with a rude attitude

One of the nicer cleaner urgent cares I have been to. The 2 receptionist at the front desk were so warm and welcoming. I have an injury from a unrelated situation and they seemed truly concerned about that even though that isn't why I was there. I went for a drug test, the medical assistant was friendly and explained the whole situation was very accommodating in regards to my injury and something I haven't seen at other urgent cares she clean the area after use which made me more comfortable that it was clean before I used it. I appreciated that. Great place to go. This is where I will be going moving forward for any urgent care or drug testing needs. A+

The office doesn't look clean. The chairs are very dirty, they need to be replaced. Cleanliness matters in a medical office. These pictures are not the Tempe office. The black lady at the front desk was curt and did not make me feel welcome. She did not offer a greeting or anything. She seemd very concerned about her hair being swept to the side. The other lady seemed much more pleasant, I was hoping to get her. The urine tech was amazing! She was professional and courteous and had a kind word at the end.
