Worse place EVER! Long wait for no reason then the so-called provider would not run a test for me. I have never dealt with a place this bad. They deserve no stars!! They lied and billed my insurance for things they didnu2019t do! Just unprofessional and scamming people with insurance. That is probably why they canu2019t take state insurance or Medicare because they scamming the insurance companies and the state and federal government knows it!

The concemtra in branch Avenue providence RI is the worse . If you make an appointment for dot medical card they tell you is first come first served if you walk in they tell you you need an appointment. Rude staff My employer set me up for mnDot card and when I arrived the send be right back out the door by telling me: WE ARE NOT DOING DOT MEDICAL CARDS TODAY. I ASKED WHY the rude lady said because there is 10 people ahead of you all this happens at 11am and they close at 5pm I don't Understand. What a waste of my time and u26fdufe0f gas

I wish I could give zero stars!! Went for preemployment screening. Arrived at 1030 am along with ID and authorization from employer. I was handed paperwork and a list of email addresses which the receptionist mumbled something. Completed paperwork and was asked if I had emailed the authorization. I asked which address and receptionist stated pick one. Then I sat. There were 4 others in the waiting room. Mind you I drove an hour to get to the closest location. I was called up 3 more times to do more paperwork and provide my ID. NOW AN HOUR HAS GONE BY. Only one patient has been called. After 2 hours I ask where I am in the list and am told one patient ahead of me. Finally after the 3 rd hour I am called back where I am asked to sit. In between each step I sit. I was there for over 4 hours. The tech states he needs to draw 5 tubes of blood and when I ask what for and he states oh for a bunch of stuff! A bunch of stuff? I declined the blood draw. Received vaccines and dr performed occupational screening and ran out of there as fast as I could!! What was going to be a nice day after Christmas was a nightmare. I will NEVER visit Concentra again. Thank you but no thanks

Damn garbage. I called the corporate office for help because the office that my drivers go to had a bunch of errors on the DOT physicals.ncorporate office just simply transferred me over to the clinic and of course no answer.nWhat was the point in calling the corporate office for more help? If all they gotta do is send you right back to the clinic that made the air in the first place.

Your locations are severely understaffed, your employees are overworked and as a result itu2019s hard to get in touch with staff over the phone and to be seen in a reasonable amount of time. Patients shouldnt have to wait 2+ hours to do a simple drug screening or any other screening for that matter. If your company is not willing to properly staff itu2019s various locations then there should be a way to limit the amount of people that are seen in a day so as to accommodate patients in a reasonable timeframe. Also, you should have system in place to allow patients to make appointments online to avoid the overcrowded waiting rooms (especially during a pandemic).
