Everyone was so kind! From the front desk staff... to the Dr I saw! But Paula specifically was one of the kindest and most understanding medical professionals I've ever met! I was extremely anxious about my visit and she made me feel heard, understood and so comfortable! Plus when the initial treatment didn't quite work, I just gave them a quick call and they prescribed something else that did the trick! 10/10!

AFC Urgent Care in Mooresville is outstanding. The receptionist was very welcoming and polite even though I was late to my appointment. Paula is amazing with drawing blood and giving shots, I didnu2019t feel a thing, and Dr. Kayla is very thorough and knowledgeable. Everyone there is super nice. It was a great experience and I will be back when needed. Thanks so much!

Itu2019s been a long time since Iu2019ve needed Urgent Care and there are so many to choose from now. I chose this location based off reviews and Iu2019m so glad I did.nnDr. Brian and Paula were both so nice and attentive. Check in was seamless and the receptionist was so sweet at check-in. Wait time was great. Even with an x-ray, I was in and out in an hour and never felt rushed. Iu2019m so glad I found this office and will refer my family and friends here should they ever need urgent care.

I was trying to find a place to get my son a sports physical for football. The other mom's told us about AFC Urgent Care and how it was a great place and that the staff was great.nWell, they weren't kidding. I called the day we wanted to get there and the sweet intake nurse Aliyah got us registered quickly and she was very caring and kind. We went back to see the doctor and he did a thorough job but got in and out pretty quickly. The urgent care is only open until 8pm but they made sure we were seen properly and left at 8:25, it was a pleasant visit and I will go there again.

This was my first visit here and I got in quickly. Definitely sign up before you go, that was super helpful. All the people that work there are very nice. They all genuinely care and will do all that is necessary for you to get well. I like that they have TVs in the rooms to keep you occupied too. Definitely recommended!
