Waited for 32 minutes after appointment. I had to ask them if I was going to be seen anytime soon. She said they only have one provider. They brought me back to a waiting room. The screening process took 30 minutes, to include admin questions, audio and visual. The visit took 1 hour, when it should've only taken 30 minutes. Staff were pleasant people.

Great quality care. I like that you can call the doctor and express your needs. This lady doctor was very adaptive to my needs, even after I left the clinic. I left the clinic but didn't get prescription for persistent cough. My mom called back and talked to lady doctor and she gave me the prescriptions which made me feel better.

I left this office feeling heard and taken care of. The front desk staff were polite and patient. The nurse that took my vitals was efficient. And my provider listened to my concerns and helped find the right medications for me. I have found my new PCP at AFC!

Urgent care for many things. Had to do a urine exam and the appointment never specified come before 4. When I arrived at 5:30 lady was extremely rude and no eye contact whatsoever. I just wanted to know the procedure for making a new appointment and she simply said to me in Spanish.nNo tengo a Nadie,How can we do it now if I donu2019t have anyone here. Ok Iu2019m not a cry baby about it but her unprofessionalism makes the office look of a place with low standards. Management needs to go back to the drawing board with their team.
