I apologize for the lengthy review, but truly this is just a small bit about how I feel about this practice and my practitioner. I have been a patient of Jennifer Mokross for many years. At first I was reserved, as I had just left a doctor who refused to listen and pushed the sale of their special products. I gave PrimeCare Coral Gables a chance and I am glad I did. They have always tried their best and although not perfect, would go the extra mile in helping to accommodate me when they could. Itu2019s easy to forget that they are human when we as patients donu2019t feel well or are going through our own complicated lives, but they take it in stride. I appreciate that they call me back, call and remind me with appointments(which I admit I sometimes forget), squeeze me in to the appointment books when they are able and listen. Nurse Practitioner Jennifer Mokross and the team have been kind and friendly. Jennifer has gone above and beyond to help me when I have been ill; she has listened to my concerns; she has guided me, and does not judge me too harshly when I fail to follow ordersu2026only encourages me and shows genuine compassion for my well being. I know itu2019s their job, but to me I appreciate all they have done and continue to do. By the way I travel more than 40 miles for my appointments and will continue to do so until itu2019s no longer feasible or when Jennifer is no longer with the practice. Even when we donu2019t see eye to eye on some matters, I respect her professional opinion and professionalism; she is an asset to the practice.

Dr. Adam Rosen and the professional and administrative staff at Primecare of Coral Gables are excellent. I found Dr. Rosen to be attentive, personable, knowledgeable and professional. I believe I have interacted with most of the staff as well. My strong recommendation is one that is heartfelt and confident. I am sure that I am receiving medical care of the highest quality and am grateful for the kind attention I have been given.
