I can't say enough about them. My daughter had knee surgery on a Friday downtown, they sent us home with a knee brace that they had adjusted at the hospital, by the time we got home and took it off, we could not get it set how it was supposed to be. Even You Tubed it. Long story short we called them and they said come on in and we will check it out. We got there, they took us right back and helped us. We have insurance but they chose not to bill them. They are the real deal behind caring.

I came in with a small I & D procedure needing to be done. I do not have insurance and paid the base cost which was very affordable and was not charged for the procedure. I am super thankful for American River Urgent Care for recognizing my situation and adapting humanly to take care of me. I would definitely recommend to any hardworking person with or without insurance who is looking for exceptional care with more than competant healthcare staff. I would choose them over the ER any day.

The doctors are knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and provide top notch care quickly and efficiently. And that's just the doctors! The nurses are equally knowledgeable and high quality, having a bedside manner and encyclopedic knowledge. Lastly, the front staff are always kind, compassionate, and highly efficient. I've been there twice, desperate as my PCP's PAs didn't have the knowledge base to help me. Everytime, I had excellent care, and feeling better with 24 hrs.

The DRu2019s and staff are so nice and welcoming! I highly recommend this urgent care. The DRu2019s and nurses are compassionate and listen to you and are very knowledgeable. I am so thankful and appreciative of them. I had been suffering with bronchitis and a sinus infection for a month and a half and seen two other DRu2019s including my own primary care Dr, an Telehealth, and a different urgent care. Nobody was listening to me that I felt like I needed antibiotics. I finally was able to come here after changing my insurance. They gave me a breathing treatment in office and a steroid injection to help with my breathing. Then prescribed me antibiotics and steroids to help me get better. The RX was sent to my pharmacy before I left. My regular primary care sometimes takes over half a day to just get it over. I have also brought my son to this urgent care as well and have always been well taken care of.
