Having employees rate themselves is fascinating. Now another perspective from a person whose family member is a patient in one of their facilities. If I had known the condition of the hospital (lack of maintenance) which AAM recently assumed oversight of my choice would have been different. Thirty two years ago I had a great experience at Dameron Hospital in Stockton California, however the last four days at Dameron have been a nightmare. Inconsistent level of care and now patient confidentiality issues. Is AAM really an option for anyone? Iu2019ll be looking into the Dameron Foundation to see if it still exists and if so question their continued support of this facility.nLaughable accreditation, The Joint Committee, it doesnu2019t hold facilities accountable for anything. Apparently filing a concern with the committee means nothing.

This so called company is sending me 3 year old bills for a place I have never been too. I have called 2 times and now have left two.messages. zero communication but they want $486. This is a form of medical billing fraud in collusion with the County of Colusa. I will be soon looking at option to stop this harassment and fraudulent billing.

My experience at AAMG has been one of the best work environments. Iu2019ve been given many opportunities to learn new task and grow my skill set. I have gained a vast amount of knowledge about many different types of medical facilities. I enjoy the work environment as my supervisor has always been supportive and helpful. Coworkers are all helpful and I am excited to be at work.
