This place is great! I've never been seen so fast at an urgent care. The entire staff was pleasant, answered my questions, and accommodated me. I sliced my finger open that morning and it was stitched up quick. I've never had stitches and the alcohol burneddddd. Instinctively, I pulled away and got super nervous when I saw the needle of lidocaine. Dr. Muhammad was gracious and talked me thru the procedure, letting me decide if I wanted to continue. He is personable, friendly, and gentle. I love a good communicator. I'll be back in 2 weeks for these stitches to come out. :)

I chose this Urgent Care because of its proximity to my home and recommendation of my insurance plan. I needed stitches and wound care. Dr Muhammad was great! While he stitched my wound, we had inspiring, engaging conversation about American history and cultures. He kept me informed throughout the medical procedure. On follow-up, he recognized a deeper infection and prescribed appropriately. Later I followed up with my Dermatology group for further wound care on his recommendation. The Dermatology Doc complimented the previous procedures and actions taken by Dr Muhammad. I never waited very long to be seen. The medical and administrative staff at this urgent care are amazing; great bedside manners, follow-up phone calls, etc. I believe I found my u201cgo-tou201d urgent care facility! I highly recommend! 5-Star!!!

Iu2019m extremely disappointed with the lack of privacy and professionalism at this doctoru2019s office. During check-in, patients are openly asked why they are being seenu2014right in front of a waiting room full of people. This is not only uncomfortable but a serious violation of patient confidentiality.nnHIPAA exists to protect personal health information, and this practice shows a complete disregard for those standards. No one should be expected to disclose sensitive medical information in a public setting.nnThis office needs immediate training on proper privacy protocols. Until then, I would strongly caution others who value discretion and confidentiality to look elsewhere for care.

Iu2019ve been to this urgent care before for my husband, who was diagnosed with pneumonia. My situation was diverticulitis and a very shocking diagnosis of Covid! Ugh! Excellent compassion and care by all of the staff and the Dr. each visit here. I definitely recommend and give 5 stars.

Great experience. No wait either time. Very caring staff. I received 4 staples to close a cut in my head. Almost totally painless. Went back a week later to have them removed. No wait and totally pain free. I highly recommend this place.
