Service was fast and thorough. Follow up was thorough as well. They also do X-rays and EKGs. I got my blood work done here with a 12-lead EKG. I was in and out within an hour during a moderately busy time of day. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Hopefully the need will not arise, but I'll go here again in the future. They accept my Blueshieldca insurance.

I have been to this Urgent multiple times. I have truly have got the best care at American Urgent Care compare to any other clinic I have been before. Dr. Newman is great. He is friendly, thorough, detailed, and fast. The staff are nice and pleasant. highly recommended.

I purchased two Covid Tests from the local pharmacies. Soooo complicated, it was absurd. One of them, as I opened one of the dozen packets, lttle white crystals flew all over my bathroom!Ultimately, I made an appointment ONLINE, EVEN GOT AN APPOINTMENT NUMBER AT A LOCAL RITE AID. After driving there, the pharmacy girl yelled at me, WE DON'T DO COVID TESTS HERE!I found this Urgent Care Center online and drove there. It was like a dream. The girl at the front desk was warm and friendly, blended with professionalism. The doctor that tested appeared to be so knowledgeable, polite, and willing to help me. My test was negative, but my visit at this office WAS POSITIVE.

I feel so lucky to have chosen this care center. Dr. Newman and staff were extremely friendly and professional. I needed stitches done in a tricky area and he did an incredible job. Everyone was supportive and empathetic towards my situation, which meant alot since I was visiting from out of town and had no friends or family to lean on. Clear and good communication, no wait time, very efficiently processed. I highly recommend.
